Beast Lights Go On Again "Teaser" My Story Album

My Story is the first Digital EP played by South Korean boy band Beast. It includes three collaboration songs between BEAST members, plus a full version of their fourth mini-album intro track "Lights go on again". The collaboration tracks were released after BEAST held their first concert, WELCOME TO BEAST AIRLINE, and performed those live. It was recently revealed that all three pairs would be making their official debut through 23 December's M! Countdown!. ‘When the Door Closes’ which is a ballad track will be released on December 21, 2010. It has a sad melody line along with Yoon Doojoon and Son Dongwoon’s melting voice. Like the concert stage where the two men played the piano on the stage together, it plans to give that many emotions to the listeners as well. On December 22, 2010, "Thanks To" which is a hip-hop track wil be released as the second duet song of the ‘My Story’ digital album. Yong Junhyung and Yang Yoseob had showed off their skills as idols stars by writing and composing ‘Thanks To’. With the fresh hiphop beat as the base, Yong Junhyung’s rapping will mix with Yang Yoseob’s vocals making a smooth and fierce sound overall. With lyrics ‘Thank you to all who always watched over us. You, You, Thank you, For you’, this song will be a love letter written to the fans for their love and consideration. On December 23, 2010, "Let It Snow" which is a pop and R&B track will be released. On December 24, 2010, 'Lights Go On Again' will be released in a full version. Previously, it was the intro song of BEAST's fourth album 'Lights Go On Again' and was a track that received a lot of attention. It is a song that displays an acoustic sound and has a sentimental melody line and truthful and touching lyrics. 'Lights Go On Again' is filled with the gratitude that BEAST has for their fans, who have shone brightly for them while they were on stage with their undying support and love for the one year since their debut. They showed much enthusiasm to participate in the composition of the lyrics personally.

Seven was preparing for his U.S. debut, which was scheduled in 2009. He made a comeback in 2010 with his mini-album "Digital Bounce." It has been popular online and offline music charts since its release in mid July.

Seven and YG Family (including Big Bang, 2NE1, Jinusean and Gummy) have made an appearance on MTV K, followed by 3 concerts in Washington DC, New York City, and Los Angeles, to celebrate YG Family's 10th Anniversary and to help promote Seven before his American debut. The MTV K documentary aired on December 11, 2006. Seven is a featured guest on Amerie's Take Control on her album, Because I Love It, which was released in May 2007. This remix is available on Asian versions of the album. Yang Hyun Suk, (CEO of YG Entertainment) had announced that Fabolous will be featured in Seven 's first U.S. single. However, due to a leak in March 2007 of his US debut song, "This is My Year" featuring Fabolous, which is produced by Rich Harrison and Lionell Davis, on Myspace and YouTube, this caused some changes in Seven's U.S. debut. Seven has been working with former CEO of LaFace Records, Mark Shimmel and Grammy-winner Rich Harrison and Richcraft producer Lionell Davis on his first American album. A new production team called Noize Trip, who produced The Black Eyed Peas' Disco Club has also contributed some work. It was also reported that Teddy from 1TYM has produced a song for Seven's American album and possibly will make more songs. Darkchild has also joined the team and produced songs for Seven. It was also reported from Far East Movement's blog that they, as well as Three 6 Mafia will also participate in his upcoming English album. YG Entertainment and Seven also took necessary steps to ensure his debut such as trademarking his name in America. Seven began promoting his English songs through a U.S. album preview party tour with his first stop at the Hiro Ballroom in New York City on March 14, 2008 (produced by Swerve Media and Base NYC). Three of his U.S. album tracks were played at this preview party. He is currently holding other album preview parties across the U.S. and Canada. Verizon Wireless has been sponsoring his preview parties and autograph signings by Seven for a charitable cause.

Katy Perry Teenage Dream Song

"Teenage Dream" is a song by American recording artist Katy Perry. It was released as the second single from her third studio album of the same name on July 23, 2010 through digital distribution. Perry and Bonnie McKee wrote many songs with a youthful theme in mind, but they were rejected by producers Benny Blanco and Dr. Luke. Blanco showed them The Teenagers's single "Homecoming", and McKee imagined "Teenage Dream" as a throwback song to the euphoric feelings of being in love as a teenager. They met with Max Martin in Perry's hometown of Santa Barbara, California and started writing the track, which Perry later described as a pure moment for her. After Perry recorded her vocals, McKee presented her idea and the chorus was rewritten. Perry also described the song as reminiscent of her youth while contemplating her future marriage to boyfriend Russell Brand. "Teenage Dream" is a mid-tempo pop song with a retro sound. Perry starts singing in a high voice and her vocals grow stronger as the song progresses. Lyrically it talks about being with a lover that makes one feel young again. The song received generally positive reviews from music critics, some praising its nature and sound, but with others dismissing its lyrics as "too carefree and immature". "Teenage Dream" has topped the charts in United States, New Zealand and Ireland as well reaching the top-ten in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and has charted in Belgium, Sweden and the Netherlands. A music video for the single, filmed in various locations of Santa Barbara, premiered on August 10, 2010. Katy Perry herself presented the song live for the first time in July 2010 in MTV World Stage 2010: Malaysia at the Sunway Lagoon Resort, Kuala Lumpur which was attended by over 15,000 fans from all over Asia, as well as Singapore's Singfest 2010 Concert. Perry performed the song at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards. The song became Katy Perry's third number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and her second consecutive number-one single. The song was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. The song was her third time being nominated for the category. Rolling Stone magazine lists this as the fourth best song of 2010.

"Teenage Dream" debuted at number twenty on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 dated August 7, 2010, becoming the week's Hot Shot debut. It also debuted on the Hot Digital Songs chart at number eleven with 84,000 downloads, and on the Radio Songs chart at number seventy-five. According to Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems, "Teenage Dream" set the record for most added song in a week with 64 new stations and 14.9 million plays. The following week, it jumped to number seven on the Hot 100, due to a radio audience of 29.5 million impressions and an increase of 183,000 downloads. On the issue dated September 18, 2010, the song topped the chart becoming her second consecutive number one-single and her third overall number one-single. As of February 2011, the song had sold over 3,255,000 digital copies. In the teenage-driven era of rock music, the song is only the second number 1 single in the U.S., since 1955, to have "teen", "teenage" or "teenager" in its title - the first being 1960's Teen Angel by Mark Dinning. The same week, it debuted at number twenty in the Canadian Hot 100. On the September 2 issue of the Canadian Digital Download Chart, Teenage Dream rose to number one, making it her third number one on that tally. It went to number one in New Zealand on the August 30 Chart making it her third number one in NZ this year preceded by If We Ever Meet Again with Timbaland early 2010 and California Gurls mid 2010. Overall the song remained at Number 1 for 4 weeks in New Zealand. It is her fourth number one overall achieving this with I Kissed a Girl in 2008. On September 5, 2010, "Teenage Dream" debuted on the UK Singles Chart at number two selling over 86,000 units in its debut week. The following week it stayed at number two, before moving down to number three the following week. The song reached number one on The Scottish Singles Chart.
